Courtney was eleminated unfairly, her character is a fighter and will do alomst anything to win. She actually cared that she got eleminated unfairly so she got her way back onto the show. It's against Ezekeil and Cody's nature to be fighters and fight their way back on the show, since their chacters are nice and sweet. The creators of TDA probably brought Courtney back for a few reasons.
1.They like her character
2.Fans like her character
3.Fans like Duncan and Courtney
4.They can have some fun with her character
Don't get all made and pissy and say "OMG EZEKIEL HATER KILLLLLLL" I'm just trying to be logical.Look at it through the createors point of veiw. They had to choose very carefully which characters to come back,as you saw, most are fan favourite or the creators liked them, like Owen. They brougt Justin back so he could be the new antagonist, because Heather isn't being too much of a bitch right now. Geoff, Brigette, Gwen, Izzy, Duncan, Trent and LeShawna were obivously fan favourites, so they brought them back.As for The rest of the characters the creators probably just liked them and brought them back.They had to pick alot of huge fan favourites and characters they they could work with and develope.They also probably brought back most of the couples because fans love them, like Geoff said, they rock the rateings! Just trying to be logical with my answer here
