help!!!

I need someone to create a fanfic character for me. her name is JoJo. She has shoulder length red hair that is kind of spiky on the sides. Blue eyes and piercings all the way up her ear and on her nose. She's eally pale. Just make her a creative kind of punk outfit. I'd really appreciate it!
