Does anyone know how to subbmit a character to teletoon?

I'd really like to show them mine, I drew it, I made it up, can somebody please tell me how to if you know?

Actually, I think it's the ONLY character that isn't a paint over X'D

You didn't draw it, I wouldn't send it to them, you'd probably get sued.
