Manhattan Project: The chefs must create and serve a dish that highlights what is said to be the three hardest French cuisine ingredients to be creative with: onion, chicken, and potato, to a panel of deans from the French Culinary Institute.
Here is the elusive episode 4!
Cooking By Numbers: The contestants mix it up with Bombay Sapphire mixologist Jamie Walker, and then ply their trade at a gastronomic society.
Chef Overboard: The chefs are challenged to create a dish from one aisle in the grocery store on a $10 budget. For the elimination challenge, they must work together as a team to cater a party on a yacht for fashion designer, Esteban Cortazar.
Latin Lunch: Timing is the theme for this round as the 11 remaining chefs are asked to be creative with a time-saving pastry and then serve lunch to clients on a tight schedule.
Sunny Delights: The theme is sunshine, and first the contestants must use a product of that sunshine, citrus. Then they are asked to demonstrate their catering skills at an event which requires sunshine, a gourmet BBQ party.
