When we're not doing missions, they spread out so it'll be difficult for Norfolk Southern to find them. The first engine for you to find is Joel. He's the Jersey Central heritage unit.

Elias: I was just about to tell you. Columbus Ohio.
Victor: It would be great if the engines on Florida East Coast learned how to defend themselves. That way we wouldn't have to travel around the continent finding twenty engines that keep moving around.
Elias: It will be easy once you find Joel. Good luck you two.
Victor: *Leaves with Joe* I still say this is a waste of our time.
Joe: Relax. We're probably better off finding these heritage units anyway. They have more experience fighting bad guys.
