Welcome to a place called The Island Of Errol. A place that is run by five railroads. It has hundreds of engines, and lots of trains in the four towns, Mossberg, Hunterdon, Zorrin, and Eastwood.
This is the story of trainz.
Episode 31: Highball
Narrator: As the weather got nicer on the Island Of Errol, the railways were getting busier schedules. All of the engines were told to highball, in other words, go faster with their trains. This way, they would not run the risk of being late.
Stop the song.
Narrator: The engines were laughing when I arrived. The Fonz was on a high streak of telling everyone good jokes.
Mike: Okay, here's the next joke I got for you. What is a police officer's favorite thing to eat?
S.B: Chips.
Engines: Ah, *Laughs*
Narrator: A reference to a TV show I like to watch.
Audience: *Laughing*
Mr. Baldwin: *Sticks out his microphone* Okay everyone, I have new assignments for you all. I want you all to pay attention.
Mike: But we don't have any money.
Engines: *Laughing*
Audience: *Laughing*
S.B: *Laughs* Good one.
Mr. Baldwin: Fonzi, I'm sorry to end your streak of jokes, but this is serious. Victoria, I need you to work with Jeff, and Bryce on getting a freight train of exercize equipment to the harbor.
Victoria: We're on it sir. *Puffs out of the sheds, followed by Jeff, and Bryce*
Mr. Baldwin: Tabby, and Bri, I need the both of you to pull light trains to Santa Cruz. The tracks on the bridge need to be repaired, so take it slow on there.
Tabby: We can do that sir. *Leaves with Bri*
Mr. Baldwin: Suzie, Rachael, and Edward, switch freight cars in the yard.
Suzie: Yes sir. *Goes to the trainyard with Rachael, and Edward*
Narrator: It took a long time for everyone to get their assignments. Once the engines all got them, it was just me, and Mr. Baldwin at the sheds.
Mr. Baldwin: So, how's school going for you Sean?
S.B: Almost finished Mr. Baldwin.
Mr. Baldwin: You'll be graduating soon, right?
S.B: Uh, sort of. I don't know which college I want to go to, so my school is allowing me to stay an extra year after I graduate.
Mr. Baldwin: What would you like to do in college?
S.B: A few things. Kindergarten teacher, photographer, or maybe even an actor.
Mr. Baldwin: Interesting choices. Let me know how it goes.
S.B: Right. By the way, before I go, are all of the engines high balling with their train?
Mr. Baldwin: Yes. I want them all to be on time.
S.B: Okay. *Checks his watch* I'm off now. See you later.

Narrator: Everyone was indeed working hard. At Mossberg Harbor, Jerry was with Shayne, and Andrew as their train was being loaded with supplies to bring to the Hunterdon Central Railroad.
Jerry: I heard their railroad is almost complete.
Shayne: Good. I'm tired of doing the same job over, and over again.
Audience: *Laughing*
Narrator: Meanwhile, The Northern Errol Line was working it's hardest just like the Eastern Pacific. Tony, Kenny, and Tito were waiting for their train to be loaded with supplies at the depot in Mossberg. The workers were slower then usual, and were making Kenny late.
Kenny: Excuse me. Workers. You need to speed up, the loading, of our cars. Because, you are going too slow, and it has proven to be.... Very. Annoying.
Audience: *Laughing*
Workers: What you need to do is be patient. We're working our hardest.
Kenny: No! Do not give me that lie. You are making us late, and it has proven to be.... Very. Annoying.
Audience: *Laughing*
Workers: If you don't shut up, we'll make you even more late.
Kenny: Okay, fine. We'll do it your way.
Tito: That's the first time Kenny ever agreed with something.
Tony: Agreed.
Audience: *Laughing*
Narrator: After twenty minutes, their train was done being loaded, and they left the depot.
The song fades away as they leave the depot.
Narrator: They were heading to the harbor. Kenny had an idea.
Kenny: Since we are running late, we should highball, until our train is exactly at the harbor.
Tony: You mean we won't slow down until we get by those cranes, and everything else in the harbor?
Kenny: Yes. Do not slow down until we are exactly at the harbor.
Tito: Won't that be too late?
Tony: We could hit another train.
Kenny: I don't think so. *Increasing his speed*
Audience: *Laughing*

Narrator: They reached the speed of 80 miles an hour, and continued going fast.
Tito: Kenny, I'm not sure this is a good idea.
Kenny: You're not sure about anything!
Audience: *Laughing*
Tony: We need to stop him.
Tito: Yeah, but how?
Tony: I have an idea. I'm right between you, and Kenny, so I'm gonna uncouple myself from you.
Tito: What do I do?
Tony: Apply your brakes. I'll signal you to do so with three short blasts from my horn.
Tito: Okay, I'm ready.
Tony: *Blows his horn three times*
Tito: *Applies his brakes*
Tony: *Uncouples himself from Tito*
Narrator: Kenny felt the strain from Tito putting on his brakes, but didn't notice he, and Tony were uncoupled from the train.
Audience: *Laughing*
Tony: And now to stop you. *Applies his brakes*
Kenny: *Slows down* Wait a minute. What is happening?
Tony: *Stopping himself, and Kenny*
Stop the song.
Narrator: After they stopped, Kenny noticed he was uncoupled from the train with Tony.
Kenny: How did we get uncoupled from the train?
Tony: I did that.
Kenny: *Gets angry* Oh you.. *His face starts to turn red with fury* You-
Tony: Who are you calling a you you?
Audience: *Laughing*
Kenny: I am going to tell Mr. Bruce about this!
Tony: But we could have crashed into someone if we didn't stop until arriving right at the harbor. Look.
Ferris: *Pulling a freight train with Jack out of the harbor, passing Kenny*
Jack: Kenny, don't tell me you ran out of fuel.
Audience: *Laughing*
Kenny: Alright, I get it. I will be, more careful.
Song: (Start it at 1:13) link
Narrator: He was indeed more careful. Perhaps, a little bit too careful.
Audience: *Laughing*
Kenny: *Waiting for his freight cars to be loaded*
Ian: *Stopping with a passenger train*
Kenny: Slow down before you hit someone.
Ian: But the line ahead of me is clear for at least ten miles.
Audience: *Laughing*
Narrator: Well, at least he's not being reckless.
