The Walking Dead releases new promo image of Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan 

'The Walking Dead' preview shows first images of Negan ... and Lucille

which featured the tantalizing first frames of footage of Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan. As ominous as those frames were, they only showed the infamous comic book villain from the back along with a close up of his barbed-wire covered baseball bat Lucille.

Now, however, the network has followed that up with the first still image of the charismatic bully (as described by showrunner Scott M. Gimple). Once again, we don’t see Negan’s face, but he is armed and ready with Lucille. (Gulp!)

Check out the image for yourself. And then brace yourself for Sunday. Any guesses as to who may be on the receiving end of said bat?
