my parents wont let me have 1 until i pay for it myself. this soooooo sucks!!!!!

I saved up to buy mine, and it was expensive ($650), but the point is, it can be done. I dont have a job or get pocket money so I had to use pretty much all my birthday money. If money is an issue, ask your parents to pay for half your credit or something like that.
