I see alot of Padme vs. Leia questions along with Luke vs. Darth Vader or Anakin. More the Padme vs. Leia. But did we ever stop and think that maybe we dont have to compare them or maybe one doesnt have to be better than the other becaue they are the Skywalker family. There is a new fanpop spot for them. Maybe you know. But Padme gave her angelic beauty to Leia, and Leia does have her mothers will to do good-both being senators- but there is alot of her Father in her. Leia is very fiesty and bullheaded. Luke on the other hand has also inherited more of his mothers will to do good, I believe that is why when he left before his trianing was complete he didnt fall to the dark side. And when he got angry and impatient like His Father, He didnt succumb to the Dark side either. Of course seeing his aunt and uncle murdered helped him realize he has to stop the Galatic Republic rather than join them. Unlike Anakin who when he saw his mother killed by the Sand people, didnt realize that turning to the Dark Side of the Force and becoming as Sith to Avenge her or save Padme would make him more evil than the Tuscan Raiders. But as you watch the movies Im sure you all notice irony and forshadowing throughout the whole series. Especially if you watch the prequels first. Obi Wan- to Anakin " Why do I feel your going to be the death of me" Or when Boba picks up his fathers helmet. The Force is all around us. So, with that said May the Force be with you.
