I prefer Uhura with Spock. :) I really like their connection.

I'm really more of a classic Spock/Kirk person myself, but I like Spock/Uhura in the movie. Especially since it leaves Kirk free for Kirk/McCoy. LMAO.
But seriously, I like the rapport Kirk and Uhura have, but I think she's adorable with Spock.

I'm a multi-shipper. I like kirk/spock, spock/uhura, spock/mccoy, kirk/uhura, ot3 and what have you. I'm really really picky about Kirk/Uhura when it comes to fanfic. I've seen stuff where she cheats on Spock for Kirk and that just turns me off. When it comes to XI verse, it really depends on how this couple is handled by the author for me to like them in a fic.

I don't like Kirk/Uhura, i'd love to see them as buddies though. I like that in the movie they want you to believe that we are gonna see the usual cliché of the hero getting the girl but then they tell you that she's with Spock the nerd xD It's brilliant.

Honestly when I heard the writers saying it was a love triangle I was like… really? Hahahahha The minute she threw him out of her room I was sure she wasn’t interested in him. And it was a huge relief to see I was right. I despise the “I love you so I act like I hate you” routine, that has been old since It Happened one night :p
I love Kirk... But there must be at least one lady he doesn't get to charm.
