Summary: Dia takes Amu along "The Road of Stars", a road of light that can transcend time and space. Amu arrives at school before Tsukasa, Hikaru, and Tadase. Meanwhile, Yukari and Nikaidou-sensei are arguing over getting back together. Utau has been enjoying herself working for the famous director. Amu discusses the situation with Tsukasa, Hikaru, and Tadase. Tsukasa hands Amu the picture book, which describes that "To find the four sparkling shards, you must find the shining gem!" - The Embryo. The Road of Stars opens up again, taking Amu and Tadase with it. Amu finds one of the shards.
