Selena Gomez is refusing to mark her 18th birthday with a big party - she is planning a quiet dinner with her family instead. The teen actress/singer threw a massive bash for her Sweet 16, but currently has no plans to celebrate her upcoming 18th on July 22.

We suspected this after seeing Selena at a couple of Nick's concerts in the USA. Selena went to see Nick on the 16th of January in Detroit where she even sat next to the Jonas Brothers' dad!
Nick talked about Selena coming to all his shows recently on MTV and said he loves to see her there. He didn't say anything about a relationship though, other than he is way too young for a relationship. Are yousure Nick? We are not saying that Selena and Nick are going to get married, we are just saying that there is something between them that has sparked up again....
