Edward’s pov

Bella shouldn’t have walked towards him. Now he’s holding her hostage and nobody can do anything to help her. There to many human victims present and the police are holding him already in shotpoint.
Nobody could move anymore, I wanted to reach out for Bella but the police stopped me and using my strength would injure them
“Bella” I whispered and I closed my eyes. Somewhere I prayed for her safety but during those moments I could hear thought running thru my head.
“Shoot him, I got a clear shot” I heard a strange voice say and I think it was some guy of the police.
At the moment I opened them I heard a gun shot.
“Bella” I yelled but she just stood there, she couldn’t move anymore but Taylor, he was laying on the floor.
I didn’t care this time if the police wanted to stop me. I ran straight to her and grabbed her arms, shaking her hole body till she responded
“Edward” she whispered in shock
“It’s okay, you are safe now” I said and grabbed her tight into my arms.
I think for the first time she really cracked. She started sobbing so hard that I had such a hard time comforting her.
I slowly dragged her into a seat and hold her hands while she was trying to relax.
“it’s okay Bella, It’s all over” Alice said caring but nothing worked.
“We should take her to Carlisle” Jasper said concerned.
“No, no I’m okay. I just need a minute” Bella suddenly answered.
“Take the time you need, my love” I said back and out of nowhere she slammed her arms around my neck and whispered into my ear.
“please don’t ever let me go”
“I never will, we belong together forever and ever” I whispered back but she kept her hands still around my neck.
I lifted her up and we walked towards our gate when suddenly a policeman stopped us.
“I’m sorry but we need a confession of all of you” he said but I starred at him strong and in a demanding tone I responded back.
“The victim needs her rest and she’s going home, you deal with him”
The policeman left without saying anything else and we took our flight back to Forks.

During the flight Bella rested against my shoulder. We both said nothing. I don’t want to upset her if I say something wrong. I just have her back into my life.
“Edward” she whispered and I turned to look at her but she didn’t move.
“Thank you.” She whispered then
I couldn’t answer back, why did she say thank you … to me?
I couldn’t ask her right away but I was curious so I did ask her.
“Why say thank you, my love” I asked her slowly
“For never giving up on me” she said. I turned towards her and she was shocked because I moved so fast.
I grabbed her cheeks into my hands and kissed her.
When I stopped kissing her I starred into her eyes.
“I’ll never going to give up on you. You are the woman that I love, you are the woman of our daughter” I said and she smiled at me, caring and loveable

For the rest of the ride, she leaned against my shoulder and hold my hand tight in hers just till the plane landed of course.
Everyone was waiting for us at the airport and reading it from there minds they were glad that Alice called them with the good news.
“Oh sweetie” Esme said right away and gave Bella a hug.
“Welcome home, Bella.” Carlisle said. Bella smiled but grabbed my hand tighter
I leaned towards her and kissed her forehead and then whispered slowly into her ear.
“everything will be okay. We belong together”
She looked back at me and I never thought I would see that look again. That look she gave me when we first met. The love was still there but after what we been thru, I think our love will never be the same.

Bella’s pov

When arriving back home I didn’t wanted to go inside yet so I sort of held Edward’s hand tight in mine and didn’t move.
He looked at me when we didn’t move and everyone else did.
“Are you both coming” Alice yelled but Edward just waved at her and then she walked inside. Edward and me were now alone standing outside.
“i…euhm” I started before Edward already looked into my eyes and made me completely speechless.
“It’s okay, you don’t have to say anything anymore” he said friendly and in his loveable voice
“No, Edward just let me do this. Okay” I said strong almost demanding while he looked at me confused.
“I know I haven’t been the Bella that you know and that I knew. I struggled when I met you and everything was so much harder then. Troubles surrounded me and you always protected me, you didn’t care about yourself always about me. I never thought that I would find someone who brings joy, luck and love into my life but I did, I found you.”
“Bella…” he started but I interrupted him because I wasn’t finished yet talking.
“Wait let me finish”
“I want you to know, I want you to know what I did for the last two years” I said and reached out my hand towards him.
“Bella, my love.” He said while laying his hands in mine.
I closed my eye and focused on my memories of those two years and even the memories of Edward and me together.

Edward’s pov

She showed me all of her memories and thoughts about those years with me and alone. I never knew how much she really loved me but this, this shows me that I was wrong.
Flashes popped up inside my head ‘Bella holding Renesmee for the first time, our first kiss, the hunting together, Bella moving place by place with only me in her memory. The fight or better the struggle she been thru for stopping herself to come back to me.
She stopped and I was for the first time speechless
“Edward please say something” she asked me but I just couldn’t so I kissed her so much with intensity and passionate on her soft lips.
She kissed me back right away and I couldn’t resist to pull her up into my arms while leaning against the car behind Bella. We both enjoyed what we were doing but it wasn’t for long because I heard Alice her thoughts. She was coming for us so I stopped kissing Bella and put her back on her feet.
“Alice is coming” I said and Bella started to giggle.
“She has a bad timing” she said when Alice was now outside where we were.
“Go away Alice. Were busy here” I said but I knew Alice wouldn’t listen, she kept talking towards Bella and me; that it was getting me insane.
