Obviously yes. Riza IS HIS DEAREST AND MOST TRUSTED subordinate. What more does he think of her when they're not in the office? And they know each other like a book.
nope. roy wouldn't fall for someone like riza that way. he sees her as a beloved sister. she is too much of a military presence to interest him like that. the military does not encourage love with your subordinates. riza is too caught up in the rules and regulations of the military to go against them, and roy just does not see her that way.
I agree with Laruna, Though I think that Roy's a little Homosexual for someone like her, She dose love him.She will respect any decission he makes, besides, he's too busy looking after Ed. There might be a Little love there!
