When Michael was just 2-years-old, he suffered a stroke. He now lives with a condition known as hemiparesis, which is a paralysis of his left side.

While Michael’s condition prevents him from engaging in many of the same activities as his peers, one thing he can do is watch his all-favorite sport on television, wrestling. He’s also absolutely crazy about Rob Van Dam! So it was no surprise when Michael asked children’s charity Kids Wish Network if he could meet his wrestling hero in person.
