The title says it all, really. So I just want to start this all off by apologizing to like..... The three of you that probably were reading this. Cultober II was something I had planned since last year. I reviewed 31 horror movies last year and really wanted to do the same this year. However, I don't have the same free time I did a year ago. With work and other projects being in the way, as well as playing indie games for In-Indie, I have no time to review 31 films. I had hoped that limiting it to 16 would help... and then I limited it to 10. And even then it wasn't going to do any good. So...
