Does anyone there have tips on how to lose weight much faster without exercise?

I'm not really engaged in vigorous physical activities. But I can do house chores and Non--exercise Activity Thermogenesis. But I'm still looking for other ways on how to lose weight much faster.

yeah, exercise

No, seriously, controlling your weight is about balancing calorie intake with exercise, so if you hardly exercise, you would have to balance that with hardly eating. That does kinda work for some people, but even if you cut down calories to almost nothing, you need to make sure you don't cut out vitamins, minerals, or proteins that you need to stay alive.
So, focus on nutrient dense but low calorie foods. I don't know what those would be personally because that's basically the opposite of my diet, and find something easy that burns calories like jogging, dancing, sports, or martial arts. An hour a day of exercise can do wonders

Based on my like 10 minutes of research, vegetables, dairy, and nuts seem to be your best bet.

Eating healthier will help but something else that will really help is exercise, your weight won't really go anywhere if you don't do some form of exercise. Though if you really want tips on losing weight ask your doctor.

Especially my legs. However I do have a sexy supermodel waist which is why I always wear crop tops. But still help me out here

Increase your protein intake and lift weights. It will help build a small amount of muscle which can give a skinnier form more shape.

I can give you some tips, maybe? But the first thing first that I can say to you, you're the lucky one. I'm so jealous of skinny people. And I appreciate those bodies.

I heard from most people that Appeton can help. Try to research it. Also eating lots of fruits but not too much can also help, they're a great weight gain alternative than those high calorie junk foods. Also eat moderate amount of nuts and use good oils for cooking. And also do not exercise that much just minor like walking if you still prefer to have a physical activity. Well, I think that's it?

Watch what you’re eating - obviously don’t starve yourself but if you’re looking to lose weight you should only be eating what your body needs if you aren’t exercising. Also, exercise is important - you don’t necessarily need to do vigorous exercise if you know that’s not gonna work for you, but try different options. Maybe try yoga or pilates, or just brisk walks or something.

Oh and make sure you’re getting enough sleep. One long term health effect of routinely not sleeping enough is weight gain.

Sleep and diet.
But exercise helps too.
And of course, being born with the right stuff. Some people can eat a ton and still not gain weight. You might want to get good gut microbes.

By the way. Do you exercise a lot, or you just eat a lot and do no physical activity without gaining weight? I have encountered that. But do you? I'm curious.

Don`t eat sweets and pastries. Don`t drink sugary drinks and carbonated lemonades. All in all it`s all about your eating habits if you don`t change your exercise routine. And remember, it`s not about eating lesser, but about eating the right amount of right things.

Eat healthy and frequently. Don't have a breakfast lunch and big dinner. The best way to trim down is have about 5 small meals a day. Keyword is small. Download an app like My Fitness Pal to count the calories you are eating so you can portion your meals to how many calories you should be having in a day.

Your best bet is chicken breast, broccoli and sweet potato. Don't ditch carbs altogether like some diets suggest. Carbs are very important to your body, but the right carbs like sweet potato, wholemeal pasta and brown rice. Not the wrong carbs like white pasta, noodles and bread. Bread is a highly processed carb.

If you get tired of chicken broccoli and sweet potato you can change it up with eggplant, courgette, quinoa, capsicum, spinach etc.

If you need to snack your best bet is a rice cake with a thin spread of natural peanut butter, the soft stuff with a layer of oil on top is the good stuff. Just check the nutrition information.

Avoid marinades, sauces and such as they have either high sugar or salt content.

In addition, just drink water. If you get bored of water have green tea or black coffee occasionally.
