Yea you might.. Just calm down and don't let video games get you that riled up. It isn't worth it and it hurts you in the long run to always be that upset. If you need to take a break from the video game. Do so and then come back when you're not angry if possible.

Do it mathematically.

A negative x a negative will always equal a positive so what you need to do is counter your anger with crippling depression.

OR you could get angry AT your anger which might also do the trick.

I actually have to be careful playing video games because of my own anger issues. Usually when I feel myself getting too tense, I have to get up and clean something, then come back to it

or alternately, take a good look at what your anger is really going to cost you

Well, it seems like it. Honestly, I can relate when it comes to a case like that. There were a lot of times where I felt pretty tempted to break my Controller or even my Laptop.
Regardless, you need to find the proper way in dealing with Anger. Take a little break for example. If you are encountering a difficulty, just step away from the Game and think things through. Take deep breaths, a walk, listen to some Music, etc. Whatever can draw your attention long enough to feel relaxed when you return. A clear head can go a long way when progressing !!!!
