Honestly most of the main stream actresses dont fit the part in my opinion. Considering which Batgirl youre refering to, which I am guessing is Barbara based on the picture I would say really no one. There are alot of good actresses with red hair but thats really not all you need in order to play the role. That's what they did to Batman and the Flash and thats why the characters were ruined in the new Justice League movie in comparison to the comics and TV shows. Based on just looks, well none that come to mind. I dont think any of the main stream actresses in Hollywood have the looks, or the right characteristics to portray the character in a live action movie, but perhaps thats just my opinion.
