First, I'd kick just about everyone out. Everyone. Gone. Boom. No people.

Then, I would name the country LAND OF NEVER ENDING FIRE, ICE, AND DICKBUTT.
That way no one will ever want to come into the country and I'd never have to deal with people ever again.
