I mean he threatened myself and others with suicide so yeah probably. But it probably is a joke and I agree it's not funny. After that whole suicide thing I just started ignoring him. I'd block him too if I were you. And I also would leave the screencaps up in case you want to report him to the admins or something. Don't let him guilt or scare you into taking him down as he did me. As far as I know he's all talk and he's a complete bully. The tricky thing is he's a bully but he likes to play victim and make you look like the mean one. Don't buy into it.
