Who do you hope wins the Teddy for Best Crime TV Show

I looked up these Teddy Awards as I've never heard of them before. I have no idea where the ones your talking about came from cause I can't even find them, just the awards that are for films with the LGBT topics and that it comes from Berlin, Germany. I looked in Wikipedia.com. That's all I could find.
