I need some names for these characters

I'm writing a story and I can't think of any good names. Here are the characters:
A 17 year old boy with long white hair. He wears dark clothes and band shirts. He's the main character's friend. He gets bullied at school for being emo. He doesn't like people and is very shy.
15 year old girl with light red hair and blue eyes. She wears mini skirts and tank tops. She's popular at school and is mean to anyone who's not her friend.
Two 12 year old girls with brown hair. One has brown eyes and one has green eyes. They're sisters.

Also I have characters who are twin sisters who I have names for, but I need an old fashioned last name for them. Thanks! ^•^

Yeah, I hope that helped. It probably didn't though.
Personally, when I need to find names I go to baby name sites (a lot of them offer the meaning behind the name as well) or watch the credits of movies. You can also take parts of two names and combine it into one. No matter what though it should fit your character, so always make sure of that.

as for old fashion last name, try Harrison. or Pierce. or Madison.
