Is it racist to say something weird and then say it sounds like a certain country's accent?

Maybe it might not sound like that accent but like if it's the closest accent you can think of, or it sound like that accent to you is it racist?

It's really about people's perspective. So I would say yes, because people find anything racist, even the little "harmless" things.

For me racism doesn't exist. I don't discriminate anyone (I believe), especially with racism.
