Can anyone help me learn this kind of dance?

I would have posted this question on the drum and bass club, but nobody goes there anymore. But anyway, I want to learn how to dance to drum and bass music, which is pretty much techno music with a very fast beat. The dance for this genre of music is called the DnB step. I have tried many times to learn this certain dance, but no matter how many tutorials I watch, I just can't seem to understand it. It doesn't even look like that hard of a dance! (Unlike Dubstep, which I have given up all hope of EVER learning the dance to) This is something that I would REALLY love to learn how to do, but thanks to my THREE mental disorders and many other factors, I can't seem to learn how it works. if anyone knows of a VERY descriptive video tutorial, or has advice to give, please comment or add a video, because I don't want to give up on this dance like I had to with Dubstep.

I have included a tutorial video of the kind of dance I am talking about for people who don't know the dance(I watched this one and still didn't understand, btw).

When I try to do it, I look like an idiot, and that REALLY pisses me off.

Good sir!
Watch the video.
If you can't learn by watching it there's nothing we can do!
Really!
And also.
You're not gonna know how to do it immediately!
You have to practice.
If you keep practicing and you still can't learn it! You just can't dance! XDD
But don't worry I don't dance so well either!
