Well, you have to

A) Submit a LOAD of stuff, to everything, questions, forums, pictures, videos, the lot.

B ) Make sure it's high quality stuff that people will fan, the more people that fan and favourite it, the more likely it is you will get a medal.

you must post LOTS of stuff, that stuff has to get on the popular content list, the more stuff on the popular content list, the higher chance at getting a medal.


I posted a video on the Keith Harkin club, it has like 10+ fans, it is at the top of the list, yet I don't have a higher level medal.
