For all DeviantART members......

Do you have to upgrade your account to make stamps or something like that? I just joined yesterday (yes I'm slow T-T) and I was wondering how you make stamps. Is it because you make a group or something? Please help me!

you can just take a stamp template like link and then open it up in photoshop or gimp or whatever you have and add your text or something
