what do you want to be in the future ?

I want to be a doctor or a writer or both
and I want to make movies someday

How about a screenwriter? You'll be writing the script and storyline for movies. Becoming a screenwriter sounds like a great way to combine a movie career with a writing career.

You see, when I become an adult, I will have my own manga published. I'm already in the process of writing one and I love it to death. It's a co-op between my friend and I. I will become a published manga author and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind about that.
