A little help please?

I am VERY flexible but the one thing I can't seem to do, is handstand into the crab...Can you help me achieve my goal please???

yeah i know what you are talking about.. its easy. All you do is.. holds your arms up,kick and step then go into your handstand and go over into your bridge then stand up..

you have to put some power into your step because you wont be able to go over into your bridge if you dont you will just fall
