Well usually an emergency exit by law has to be easy to access and cant only be opened by one person (ie. key). Easy to open by one swift movement. Of course there are exceptions like when you need to keep people in a prison bus. So no there is none in the regards to what would be a proper emergency exit by osha regulations.
