Can someone tell me how to post a banner?

I'm new to fanpop and i made an awesome banner for a site but i don't know how to post it on! If you are not the creator, can u post it?

Same way as posting an icon. Click on 'Edit club' and it has the part where to upload an icon and a banner right there. But no, only the creator of the club can edit it.
