Can you help me with some History?

Okay so we're having a debate in school about the United Empire Loyalists and the Patriots. Can any of you list some advantages of the Loyalists and some Disadvantages of the Patriots? Other than the obvious "Loyalists had the British Government on their side" what else was good for the Loyalists?

Well the Loyalists had more power at the time, I think but, the Patriots had ALOT of people side with them, like Spain and France PLUS they out smarted the Red Coats in the battlefield.........I'm sorry was that what you were talking about?
