Please help me mend my broken heart!

I am still in love with my ex bf, and now he has a crush on my best friend. i really don't know hoe to explain the story but the thing is, he broke my heart 3 times. He like, left me and came back to me 3 times, and it caused me a lot of pain. My best friend is in love with one of our guy-friends, and she would've said she hated my ex even if I never told her that he was obviously just using her and stuff. Now he really hates me, and he doesn't trust me anymore! How do I gain back his trust? How do I potentially get him to like me?? If my ex finds out that my friend has a crush on my best guy-friend (aka his best friend) then he'll instigate my guy-friend against my friend! I'm in a big mess now cause my guy-friend also hates me now (n my ex said it's cause of something I did but I don't know what).

Please help me! This is ripping me into pieces!

Whether it ends in tears or hugs, you know you have to at some point. As for your guy friend thing, if he hates you for no reason then he can't really be your real friend. As for YOUR best friend, hmmmm....if she doesn't like your ex back then she better go tell him. Whether it breaks his heart or not, both of you need to face the truth.
