How do you quit a spot?

I accidentally joined a spot, but when I tried to quit, I couldn't find a way to.
Can someone help me? I seriously do NOT want to be a "TDI's Katie and Sadie" fan forever!

ok click profile at the top of the page. then once it is there go too your spots. at the bottom right hand corner of the box it says more spots click that. then there will be a list of your spots and find the spot you want too quit and underneth the icon in red it says unsubscibe. click that then there will be a question it says do you want too unsubscibe too this spot click yes, and you are off that spot or in other words you are no thonger joined too that spot.
