Perhaps he is just trying to be friendly? Teenage girls tend to be overly suspicious of other peoples' behaviour towards them (I'm not pointing the finger, I am also a teenage girl, after all).

I'm going to go against the grain and urge you not to act rashly and phone the police or anything like that. I know from experience (not my own: my cousin's) that false accusations (caused by misconstruing someone's actions) can lead to a great deal of misery for no reason, and if he is innocent then it could make you look bad. I should know: my family was torn apart by something like this.

However if his behaviour towards gets more sinister then I think that is when you should phone the police. Perhaps in the meantime your parents could have a word with him? Or you could avoid him? Hope this helps.

Don't be afraid, just do it. NOW. They're your parents, just let them know your concern, it's all you need to do. Even if you're still a bit uncertain to whether they're actually 'flirting' with you, tell them now before something happens. Then you should be able to discuss this conversation to come to a solution to whether he's being friendly or whether he's genuinely perverted. It's hard to say from here as 'flirting' can be such a vague description and can be taken almost too seriously by naive teenagers. Not that I'm saying 'CAN BE'.

Trust me hunni- I think you're old enough and sensible enough to be able to recognize flirting when you see it. and that is NOT normal, its sick. start making notes of everything he's said to you so far, and tell your parents. They will be thankful that you've told them, and let them deal with it because they're the adults. If you really can't tell your parents, (which i strongly advise you do tell them) then go to another family member, you best friends mom, a teacher, or the police.
