I'm not really sure. It's more that I'm afraid I'll end up hurting them because they seem so unpredictable...it's the same with snakes...

i never thought bats were ugly, even if they're one of those scary looking breeds bats have their purpose in this ecosystem. they keep the pest population down because their diet consists of bugs and some rodents. but you should be careful of them nonetheless because even the cute ones may be carriers of rabies, which is no fun to get treatment for and deadly if left untreated.

hate to say it, but thats not the case if confronted by rabid animals, they seem to forget or lose their fear of man when they get infected
