Get into the lowest lying area you can find such as a basement or cellar. If you cant find anything like that crawl into a ditch or coolie. The lower you go the better your chance of survival.
WATCH OUT FOR FLYING COWS!!!!!!!i wouldnt care if there really were a bunch of flying cows, thanks to the movie "Twister" the mere thought of a flying cow makes me laugh!then make sure ur out of its path(if possible) and in a low lying area, if u are in a house without a basement, go in the smallest room of your house, preferably your bathroom, which has several sturdy fixtures you could take cover in. If you outside, find a ditch, lie facedown in the deepest part of it, and make sure ur head and neck are covered with ur hands. your area just got issued a tornado warning didnt it?

I would just tell you to stay away from the windows in your house, and stay at the lowest point of the house as well, most likely the basement.
Tornadoes usually follow up during a thunderstorm, so I would suggest not to take a shower during the storm. ^^
