Go to the fanpop home page. Near the bottom on your right there is a box that says 'browse clubs' next to that it says 'create new club'. Just click on that.
you go on the main page, scroll down all the way till you're almost at the bottom, there will be a box on the right that will say browse club, on the top right it will say create club then you click on it
