Cole: Ok, I'll be right over in a few minutes

Scientist: Ok, I think he said something about sending you to help complete the pokedex

Cole: sounds like work

Scientist: yeah but you would get to travel all over Kanto and Johto

Cole: yeah

ronnie: vulpix , chamander )

ronnie: * asleep lightly snoring *
vulpix : * jumps on ronnie *

*In New Bark town, at professor elms lab* *9am*

Cole: *walks inside* Hi professor, I heard you wanted to talk to me

Professor Elm: hello Cole, I wanted to talk to you about having you help me with work on the pokedex

Cole: ok sounds cool

Professor Elm: yes well you will have to explore Johto and Kanto and search for rare pokemon

Cole: Doesn't sound that tough

Professor Elm: You can challenge the gyms in some of the towns too

Cole: ok sounds like it will be cool

Professor Elm: Now I didn't have any starter pokemon but I did catch two pokemon recently but I don't have the time to raise them

Cole: wow two pokemon

Professor Elm: yeah, they're on the table

Cole: *picks up the pokeballs* Ok so what pokemon are they?

Professor Elm: I honestly don't remember, now you better hurry the pokemon center in Cherrygrove city closes at 10pm and the route is almost a days walk

Cole: right *walks outside*

ronnie: fine * gets out bed and gets dressed*
vulpix: * sits on bed*
ronnie: well ? we gunna go exploring ?
vumpix: * nods*
ronnie: * leaves and walks around new bark town with vulpix *

*In New Bark town* *9:30am*

Cole: I wonder what pokemon these are?

Cole: go pokemon! *throws the pokeballs*

*An Ekans appears out of one of the pokeballs*

Ekans: ek! ek! ekans!

*A Munchlax appears out of the other pokeball*

Munchlax: lax lax!

ronnie: what ya wana do today ?
vulpix: vulpix , vulpix !! * runs around a corner*
ronnie: VULPIX ! * runs after vulpix*

*In New Bark town*

Cole: wow an Ekans and a Munchlax

Munchlax: lax! lax!

Ekans: ekans!

Cole: *calls Munchlax back* ok now to get to Cherrygrove city

Ekans: ek! ek! *smells something, slithers away*

Cole: Ekans get back here!

Ekans: *slithers around, runs into Vulpix* *Mad* Ekans!!!

vulpix: vulpix ?
ronnie: * runs over to vulpix and ekans* VULPIX !
vulpix : ..... * looks at ronnie*

Ekans: Ekans! *goes to bite Vulpix*

Akira: Calm down. We're almost in New Bark Town.

jordan: Okay, that is it! Come on out Zerpa and use thunder shock! Return Deino!

Jordan: What do you mean, do you not know Zerpa? I found this pokemon and two others of mine on this mysterious island that my dad found in uncharted waters.

Haruhi: I think I've seen it before. In the Kamari Region.

Akira: Kamari?

Haruhi: A region not that far from Misanko.

Jordan: It cant really see, its a deino, it thought it was a toy! It was gonna stop if ekans didnt attack it!

Jordan: Huu where is that?

*On the path*

Cole: The only reason Ekans attacked it because Deino started the fight!

Ekans: ekans!

Cole: Lets go ekans, we have to get to Cherrygrove and its 2pm! Its gonna be dark by the time we get there!

Jodan: Well what a terible coincedence, we are heading there too! Come on Zerpa!

Zerpa: Zerp! *Slithers off proudly next to Jodan*

Cole: lets go Ekans, we have to go...if we don't make it to town we're gonna have to make camp

Jordan: *sighs* I guess we are going to camp out zerpa, deino. Ortburn come out and help us!

Jordan: Can you set up a fire for us.
