Arara is a fairy made by Mikeru. When she sings a song she fire or stars come out. In the manga she adresses herself as 'the wings of dreams and depravity' She has a lot of male fans. She has 2 songs -Star Mero Mero Heart: She uses this song to attack the mermaids. When the Mermaids hear this song, they start feeling awful and are paralyzed. In the manga, she can make the Mermaids dream about everything she wants, including nightmares. -Oh Yeah! Arara: She sings this song in her human form, and can make males fall in love.
