There is a price to pay when it comes to “love.”

If anyone knows that, it’s me. No one truly knows how hard my job is. They think I make it look so easy. That’s because I have to bury my emotions to make the hard decisions. I have to feel nothing. I can’t cry, I can’t feel pain, and I most definitely can not let my anger alter my judgement.

Today, I lost two good soldiers. Manfredi and Johnson, my brothers in arms. And I hold myself accountable.

What many people don’t realize is that war is a duty. The only real choice is whether you accept it, and what you fight for....

They all gasped as their minds finally grasped who the creature in front of their sub was. Leroy thought his heart was going to explode as he stared into the eyes of the shark. He was finding it increasingly hard to breathe, and the interior seemed to be growing smaller by the minute. "Dexter," he breathed out.

Private shot a worried glance at the turtle. "Leroy? Are you all right?"

Despite his best efforts, memories were being pushed to the front of his mind. Unwillingly, Leroy was reliving the terror he felt when Dexter had managed to kidnap him some years ago. Outside the sub, Dexter laughed...

"I have not any new information. At the moment they are simply doing training. The club is doing well. I think one of the members is almost on our side," I said.
"Okay then. Good work. Keep a close eye on them. Especially that Annabella and Ivy. I don't trust any of them neither should you," Dr. Blowhole said.
"Okay, this is agent Scar, signing out."
I shut down my Spycon and headed to my elevator. Great, my daily reports were done, and it was only noon. I still had time to hand out the remaining invitations! 
The doors opened and I stepped up and out. I took a short climb up the volcano. I scanned...

"Psst! Skipper! Get up," whispered Sky into his ear-hole whilst shaking him. After a few seconds, Skipper opened his eyes groggily and sat up to look at her. "Why the duce did you wake me up SO early?" he asked, slipping out of bed. Sky grinned sheepishly, pulled out the back up calendar and pointed to the date. 'March 31st - April 7th, Prank Week' thought Skipper flatly. "Alright, I'm up. So what's the pranking agenda of the day?" quieried Skipper as he raised a nonexistent eyebrow.
"Ohhhhhh Skippy, THINK FAST!" shouted Emily, appearing in front of them with a rope wrapped around her webbed...

Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock...

The clock read 2027 hours. Just four hours and thirty-three minutes until October 31st, Halloween. The zoo was scheduled to be open for only half a day tomorrow. Children would come in little ghost, ghoul, and goblin costumes, poised to scare the living daylights out of the passerby's.

"Alright boys. What did we talk about?" Skipper asked his team in the HQ.

"Um..." Private began, but Skipper cut him off.

"Remember Private, I don't like it when you start your sentences with 'Um'."

"Aye. Sorry Skipper."

"'s alright. Stay frosty. Now back to my question."...

In the New York jail, there have been criminals who have been expected to commit the crimes they have, whether it was stealing or destroying property. Obviously, Cecil, Brick, and X were all in the jail, but the most unexpected criminal of all was Monique, and it wasn't even her fault.
A while ago, she caught Blowhole creating a chemical mixture illegally. Since he knew she was helping the police while not even being a cop, he injected her with the mixture a minute before they came. Ever since, she's been beating people and places up and it got her where she is and, without her knowing, will...

The team was invited to participate in a fighting tournament. They will each be going against an enemy that they have some sort of connection to, yet never met before, but, they'd have to fight individually.
"Listen up, team. Today is the big day. We've done extra training for two weeks for this. Just because we'll be split up for this doesn't mean that we won't be the champs. If we're going to be strong on the outside, we're going to start by being strong on the inside and be confident that we'll take home the gold!" Skipper was saying.
The four high fived each other and they were on their ways...

    Kowalski walked into the living room with a yawn. “Morning guys.”

    “Well you look rested.” Skipper said sarcastically.

    “Sorry Skipper. I just didn’t sleep very well last night.”

    “Why not then?” Private asked innocently. “I don’t know. I just tossed and turned a lot. I couldn’t stop thinking.”

    “About what?” Skipper asked. Kowalski sort of froze. He didn’t want to tell him what he was really thinking about. “Uh…the invention...

The other penguins were sleeping, but Kowalski couldn't find any slumber. He was too busy swimming in his thoughts.
He was in his lab that night wondering about how the others thought about him for the umphteenth time. Private recently told him that he looks up to him, which gives him a bit of ray of sunshine in his mind, and Rico just thinks about fish, last time he checked. The teammate he worries about the most, though, is Skipper.
For a long time now, Kowalski felt like he's been watched by Skipper, as if the leader was waiting for the scientist to screw up. He knows he's different from the...
