Penguins of Madagascar Article: tortured...chapter 1

note:this is my first story, so it might not be the best, but its pretty good:) enjoy!

i watched in horror as blowholes minion begun to beat rico savagly with a bat over and over again, hearing him scream in agony, begging him to stop, blood gushing out of his mouth from the beating, while blowhole was laughing the whole time.

skipper:blowhole, stop! your gonna kill him!

blowhole: i,ll never stop, and he,ll suffer until he begs me to kill him!

after 5 minutes of bieng beaten, dr blowhole told his minon to cease and stop. when we saw rico, we were traumitized to see all of those bruises and blood on him. he was crying and begging for help.

skipper:your dead once we find you, cmon boys!

blowhole:not so fast! i knew you were going to try and find my lair, so ive made it to where if anyone comes near its location, ill shoot your friend and kill him without hesitation!

kowalski:your a monster, why would you TORTURE him out of all of us?!?! what did he do to you?!?!?

blowhole:he didnt do anything, he was just an easy target, waiting for the perfect time.

private:what do you want from us!?!?!

blowhole:simple,i want you to watch as i make your friend miserable! and not just make him miserable, but you as well, because as soon as im done with him, i,ll do the same to all of you, one by one.

and with that, blowhole and his minion left rico in that tiny room and shut the door behind him.

kowalski:what do we do now?

skipper:im thinking...can rico hear us?

without thinking, i yelled at rico to see if he could hear us, and sure enough he did!

skipper:rico, can you stand?

rico:yes, but im really hurt(cough, cough)

skipper:its all right soldier, heres what i want you to do if you want to get out quietly.

rico:what do you want me to do?

skipper:go to the door and see if blowhole or any of his minions are outside

without hesitation, rico begun to walk over to the door.

skipper: almost there..

suddenly, rico had ran into a bear trap, and had gotten his foot immeditaly fell to the ground and began to scream

rico:AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

skipper:RICO!!!!!!!!

rico: HELP, HELP, IT HIRTS, IT HURTS!!!!!

i couldnt do anything to help my friend, my parther, as he screamed and cried, trieing to get his foot, out but evrytime he struggled, more blood begun to come out.

private:i cant take this anymore! we need to do something.

kowalski: the horror....(soon kowalski begun to crie, and wondered why he wasnt helping his friend out)

suddenly, the door opened and blowhole and his minion came back in the room.

blowhole:well, well, well, what happened here? it appears that he tried to escape, good thing i set all these traps to make sure you wouldnt leave.

rico:please... stop...please.

without heitation, blowholes minion began to crush ricos foot that was in the bear trap.

minion: that will teach you never to try and escape again!

we could only hear ricos cries and pleads as he was his foot that had been broken and all bloody from the trap, becoming crushed by this monster, only hearing a bone crack and twist each time the minion stomped on his foot

blowhole: alright thats enough, remove the bear trap and put him back in the corner.

the minion immeditaly stop what he was doing to him, removed the bear trap, and put rico back in the corner

blowhole: ill be back to do some more to your friend, but for now, you can watch him, bye....

once he was done, blowhole and his minion lef tthe room again, leaving rico in that small room.

rico just sat there, crying, but not screaming, i guess he lost his voice from all that screaming,

skipper: that monster! its ok rico.... we,ll find you and rescue you, no matter what.

after hearing that, rico looked down and went to sleep, trying to see if ths was all a dream.....but it was no dream, this was real.......

winkies77 Bravo! I'm a sucker for sad story's XD And I felt like I was right there with the penguins, wanna to help Rico but couldn't. Exellent! Pls Continue! And (pls no offense love your story) there are some words spelled wrong but who cares? This chapter was fabulous!

BOLTravolta If only Kowalski still had his Stopwatch (the one that stops time, literally), they can save Rico. If he doesn't, then my Hand Cannon might do and stop Blowhole from hurting him (btw gr8 story) >:D

peacebaby7 I like the plot; it's very mysterious and keeps you wanting to know more. Though, if I may offer some constructive criticism, I think a story reads better in novel format. I know script form seems easier—trust me, I actually wrote my first two and a half fanfictions in script form—but it will draw more readers if you try to get used to writing in novel format. It will get better with practice. I sucked when I first started writing in novel format, but I've improved greatly throughout the past nine months, and so will you. Oi, here I go blabbing again. XD Sorry, I do that a lot unintentionally.

Rainshadow999 I actually don't mind Rico getting hurt, what I do mind though is stop calling Blowhole a monster Skipper!!!

We arrive at BLowhole's base shortly. We park the pink, girly car a few feet away and enter the base. Blowhole rides out of the darkness.
"Come and see them," he smirks.

We follow him through a long, dark corridor. Doors on each side of the walls. I shudder to think what torturous devices lie behind each steal slab.
