I think Regina sees her as a threat and her evil queen half probably senses who she might be. Similar to how Mary felt a connection with Emma but wasn't sure why because she was Snow White.

She said the one she loved the most is dead and Snow White has something to do with it.
But honestly I would like to see The Evil Queen/Prince Charming/Snow White love triangle :D

No, I believe she was in love with Snow White's father and blames Snow for his death. She has hated her since Snow was a little girl.

Snow said in 'Snow Falls' that she ruined her life but she doesn't say how. This was before she fell in love with Charming.

In the future credits their is the mention of a character called "The King." maybe that is who Regina was in love with or married to. I might be mistaken but we know that Regina was in love, and her father told her that they could move away and that they could both find love again. That was when the Queen said, "you're right, I can be happy again, just not here!" and then plunges he hand into his chest and kills him for his heart, since he was the only one left alive that she loved.

I don't even think she knows that yet. I think she hates Emma because she stands up against her, she certainly doesn't like competition.

I think it's pretty clear why Regina hates Emma, she's threatened by her presence in Storybrooke. As a mother she's afraid Emma will take Henry away from her.

As the "Evil Queen" she's afraid she will undo the curse.

Regina doesn't even know that Emma is the daughter of Prince Charming and Snow.

As of this date it's been revealed that it was due to fear of her taking her son and breaking the curse. However they're getting along now.
