“Do you know where Luna is?” Neville asked Ron and Hermione.
“Luna?” they asked in unison.
“Yeah, I want to tell her I fancy her,” Neville said. “We could both be dead in a few hours, so I might as well!” He dashed off to find Luna. He saw her among the throng of people making their way around what was left of Hogwarts.
“Luna!” Neville called. She turned around, wondering who was calling her name. Neville walked right up to her and kissed her.
“Why Neville,” Luna asked, “whatever was that for?”
“Just wanted to let you know I’ve fancied you for a while,” Neville answered, slightly pink in the face. Luna smiled.
“I like you too, Neville,” she said. Neville grinned rather stupidly and ran off to rejoin the fight, Luna looking after him, smiling.
