Is Obito Tobi?

Is Obito Tobi? and did Madara like take over obito's body or something? i dont get it lol.

Thanks man :D ok now i know that obito is tobi, but i still dont get it a little. so whos in the mask then? Tobi or Madara. Because sometimes his voice is deep, and people call him madara.

Man under the mask is Obito Uchiha people call him Madar because Obito said to everybody that he is Madara but he isn't
