I agree with Jordy. I had a lot of friends of the other gender during high school and when I attended university and we always greeted each other with a kiss on the cheek. I learned the hard way that most of the time, it's nothing more than a friendly gesture, no matter how hard we wish to be something closer, especially if we're attracted to the one who gives us that kiss. If he has a girlfriend, I'd say, this is the case: a friendly gesture. If not, there's something wrong with his morals and the relationship with his girlfriend doesn't mean too much to him, if he goes around kissing other girls. I've never done that when I was in a relationship for 2 years. So I suggest you talk this out with this guy to find out about his intentions. But if I were you, I wouldn't let my brain turned so easily. It was just a kiss on the cheek, not the lips.
