Perhaps you could ask a relative? Or if you have money of your own (and a bank account), you could pay for the toy with Paypal or a credit card. If not (and I'm assuming so, since you are thirteen), then sorry, you have to ask your parents, since no amount of begging will get you money from complete strangers on the internet. Besides...according to your profile, you are a girl; I seriously doubt your parents will care if you want something that is traditionally considered 'girly'. But whatever...

Here's what I would do:

I would say: "Hey mom (or dad) can I get something off Toywiz.com? It's for someone at school, they most likely will say yes, and if they ask who, tell them they don't know them.

I literally have no idea. I tried once to purchase something with one of those Visa gift cards but that didn't work even though they work like credit cards in physical stores.

I'm having similar issues and if I solve them I'll come back here.
