My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Question

I got some pony stuff recently....

I wore the new pony shirt and belt to school today and I got teased (as expected) at first but when they had got used to it all i got was nice comments. even from guys i hardly know. is it possible people really accept bronies but just dont want to be made fun of themselves for thinking its cool?
