I'll tell you mine. Nightmare Moon would be Ganondorf's battle. (LoZ: OoT (from www.zreo.com)) Discord is likely to be Zan'ts battle. (LoZ: Twilight Princess) Demon Queen Chrysalis would be Lord of Wolves by Pathfinder. Finally, Evil King Sombra would DEFINITELY be Ocarina of Time's Ganon battle. (ZREO (www.zreo.com))

Well, if I were fighting Nightmare Moon, I think Twilight Sparkle's Fighting is Magic theme would work.

Discord has an exception because Bagpipe Brony's version of the song "Discord" would fit so well as a boss battle theme in my opinion.
