I meant an ANIMATION error as in like glitches, wrong cutie marks, clones, stuff like that

Believe it or not, but Derpy's eyes were never meant to be crossed. But, an error caused them to be crossed. But, fans loved it so much that the animators kept it..... until there were loads of complaints and they fixed it completely
